- Training - people guide our induction and disability awareness programmes
- Board - At least half of our Board are disabled people or their representatives.
- Recruitment - People's views are sought every time we take on new staff
- Staff appraisal - We always ask people for feedback on our staffing.
- Tenant Participation Officer - We seek people's input at all levels of the organisation, and employ someone specifically to ensure this happens.
- Tenant Forum - an evening dedicated to seeking people's views.
