What We Offer

We work with Edinburgh Housing Associations to secure suitable wheelchair properties within walking distance from one another and the staff team's base. 

We offer:

  • Flexible support & respect for privacy.  Available 24 hours a day, as and when required, at home and within the community.  We use a radio system and other technologies in the home by people to contact staff for assistance.
  • A staffing guarantee. Only people who have been selected by the people we serve will work at Freespace and each member of staff will be supported and trained to a high standard.
  • Individually designed services. We've worked with many people over the years.  Each support service is designed to meet the needs and wishes of the individual.

This model of service provides people with a high degree of security knowing that staff are on hand and flexibility for people to live their lives the way they want to. 

Our outreach services are individualised services and can be a set number of hours per week up to a small team working with an individual on a 24-hour basis.
