Getting Started

A member of Freespace staff will contact you following receipt of your application form to arrange a time to meet.  When we meet you we can provide more information about Freespace and answer any queries you may have.  If you then decide to progress your application and we think we can provide the support you are looking for we will arrange more time with you.

We will then work out with you what you need and want and how this can be funded.  People fund their support from Freespace in a variety of ways:

  • Self Funding
  • Direct Payments
  • Funding from your Local Authority.  You will need a Social Worker or Occupational Therapist to access funding from your Council's Health and Social Care department.
