FREESPACE - Coxfield Lane
At Coxfield Lane we have six tenants: two of these tenants use a shared staff team the same way that tenants at other sites do: using radios to contact staff; using the diary to book in time for escorts etc. The other four tenants at Coxfield Lane have a predominately one-to-one service; however they can ‘dip in and out’ of the shared team from the core-flat too.
In addition to the above we support five outreach tenants who all have an acquired brain injury. All these tenants have their own staff teams based in their own flats. These projects range from supporting someone twenty four hours a day, seven days a week to supporting someone in the community for a number of hours a week.
We use the office at Coxfield Lane as a ‘drop in’ for outreach tenants and staff (as well as the base for the ‘shared’ team working with the tenants at Coxfield Lane.) The tenant participation officer is also based at Coxfield Lane.
